1. General Use & Purchase Terms
Porini Art is an Austria-based online art store. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. All artworks are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations (e.g., color or texture) may occur due to screen settings or photography.
Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include Austrian VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Klarna. We reserve the right to change prices, products, or policies at any time before an order is confirmed.
2. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
We ship from Austria to selected countries. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and delivery times vary by location. Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Under EU law, you have 14 days to cancel your order after delivery (excluding custom-made or digital items). Returned items must be in their original condition. For damage, wrong item, or refund requests, contact us at elisabeth.platz@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

All content on this site — including artworks, photos, logos, and text — is the property of Porini Art or its artists and may not be used or copied without written permission.
Porini Art is not responsible for indirect or accidental damages resulting from the use of this site or products. These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, and disputes will be handled in Austrian courts.
