Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item — no explanation required.

To cancel, contact us at elisabeth.platz@gmail.com within the 14-day period.
You will receive a full refund once the returned item is received in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Items That Cannot Be Refunded

Custom-made or personalized artworks are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Digital downloads (if offered) are also not eligible for refunds once delivered.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong artwork, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email your order number and clear photos of the issue to elisabeth.platz@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
