Shipping Policy
1. Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. We ship from Austria to selected countries.
Estimated delivery times:
• Austria: 2–5 business days
• EU countries: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Costs & Customs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination. For orders outside the European Union, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.
3. Delays, Damage & Support
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.
If your order arrives damaged, late, or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elisabeth.platz@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you promptly.
